Welcome to the Gocad Research Group!

The Gocad Research Group is a multidisciplinary team of researchers striving to define new approaches to build and update 3D subsurface models accounting for available data. This team is part of Georessources (UMR 7359) and the School of Geology at Université de Lorraine.

Snow flakes were generated with L-Systems also used at the GRG to simulate channel objects, and placed in 3D with a GoPy script. The picture displays dilation obtained by simulating extension in a breached relay ramp with thick faults in RestorationLab.
